The V&A's fastest-selling showcase in history.

This is the second V&A / Barnbrook campaign we have been lucky enough to work on. The 'David Bowie is' exhibition has opened this weekend to unprecedented success, it feels kind of strange to us as we have been working on this for what feels like ages.
Everyone has to have a Bowie period, we just had ours!

Posters to press packs, Bowie Soho walking maps, postcards and a very special private view invitation with a silver guilt edge. Using a range of processes throughout, a great looking campaign and a real honour to work on.

Rapha

A good friend once asked me "if you could work with any brand who would it be?", at the time it was a difficult one as we had been lucky enough to have worked with many of the iconic brands, but in recent times there's been one outstanding brand that's caught our eye.
-
Generation Press caught the cycling bug over the last few years and there is one brand that consistently gets discussed in the studio. Purchases from the brand are something that we all get excited about, eager to see our orders arrive. The packaging and attention to detail are all the things that we aspire to, and receiving a Rapha delivery is something we all look forward to. We love and appreciate the whole experience of receiving something beautifully crafted and packaged.

In a relatively short time, Rapha have built a global brand with real impact and a style for many to envy, I remember thinking... now that is the brand we would love to work with.

The opportunity arose recently and as you can imagine the excitement and pride in being able to work with Rapha is an honour to say the least, long may it continue...

A book with a beautiful insight into the realities of surfing in the UK, imagery from one of our all-time favourite photographers Mark Leary and designed by our friend and long-time collaborator Richard Bull of Yacht Associates. This has been a real thrill to print for GP particularly seeing the visions of the two aforementioned creative inspirations coming together to create this wonderful book.

Quarter case bound with a foiled front cover and spine, printed using our own special HD screening methods. A book that everyone here was proud to work on.

V&A Annual Review 2011 – 2012

The V&A Annual Review is one of those pieces you are lucky to print once in your career! So, imagine how proud we felt when we were invited to do the Review for second year in a row. This really is a beautiful piece of work from the photography, graphic design and the words themselves. You can really tell it’s a job where everyone involved has put their heart and soul into it… You know it’s a prestigious job when your granny is particularly keen to have a copy to show it off to her friends.

Printed on a variety of stocks, with a foil blocked cover on Colorplan, the text on Omnia, simulator divider sheets and a Popset green accounts section. All of which came together to perfectly compliment the contents, making a friendly, tactile and beautiful review.

The combination of foil and Colorplan takes this multiplication table poster to an even higher level. The Proud studio's 'type' nerds have created this poster using a range of beautiful typefaces...

We think this multiplication table is a fantastic way of keeping the kids bedroom from looking like a branded festival of nonsense!
